Description

Large vintage c1940's Mexican Casa Prieto sterling silver floral form brooch or pin set with three natural Amethyst cabochons. The pin measures 4 1/2" x 4 1/2" and weighs 66.4 grams. The Amethyst cabs are 20mm diameter. They show lots of natural inclusions but are not cracked or chipped. The pin is in good condition with no cracks or breaks. Unpolished with light patina but could easily be brought to a high gloss shine if so desired. Fastener works properly. See last pic for comparison to regular size coffee cup.
